Post-Construction in Dubai
After a fit-out, the dust is in the AC ducts, the paint is on the glass and the adhesive is on the tiles. This is a three-stage clean with industrial vacuums, and it is quoted after a free site survey.
What is included
- Coarse debris removal and industrial vacuum pass
- Paint, silicone, grout haze and adhesive removal from hard surfaces
- Glass, frames, tracks and sills detailed
- AC grilles and accessible ductwork vacuumed
- Second and third dust settlement passes
- Final polish and handover-ready finish
What is not included
We would rather tell you now than at the door.
- Construction waste removal by the skip load
- Any work requiring scaffolding or rope access
- Making good defects, snagging or repairs
- Chemical stripping of protective floor coatings without prior agreement
Supplies and equipment included
Most Dubai agencies add AED 10 to 20 per session for materials. We do not. The price you see includes everything the cleaner brings.
