Dubai has no shortage of cleaning companies. What it has a shortage of is companies where the person at your door is actually employed by the company you paid.

That distinction sounds like paperwork. It is not. A cleaner on a marketplace is paid per job, so their incentive is to finish fast and take another. A cleaner on our payroll is paid whether or not you book this week, and paid more when their visit scores well. Nothing in that arrangement rewards rushing your kitchen.

So we sponsor visas, pay salaries, carry insurance, train in house, and score every single visit. It costs more to run. It is why we sit ten to fifteen percent above the budget agencies, and why we do not add a materials fee at the door to claw it back.

We are a young company and we will say so plainly: we would rather grow slowly with cleaners who stay than scale fast on people who churn out in three months.
